What Can We Do For You?

Whether you're a manufacturer or a small town individual, we're here for you. We've worked with town departments, large companies, small business owners, and individuals for over 40 years creating custom products to satisfy everyone. Here are some examples of what we're capable of:
  1. We've worked with toothpaste and soap manufacturer, Tom's of Maine, creating for them a customized production line that allowed for easier toothpaste tube filling.
  2. We have worked extensively with Canadian company Maxi Metal, to outfit their firetrucks with large water tanks, holding tanks, or entire custom plastic bodies.
  3. We have fabricated all shapes and sizes of holding, gas, diesel, waste, or water tanks and storage containers for all kinds of companies and persons from lobster men to coffee roasters.
  4. We've created raised pet beds and bowl stands--they're durable and easy to clean.
  5. We've repaired kayaks, small engine parts, tanks, etc. We have the ability to repair plastic products made of polypropylene, PVC, ABS, or polyethylene.
  6. We have created all sorts of other miscellaneous items as well! Here's a few:
      • Custom Tubs for Pet Groomers
      • Custom Cutting Boards
      • Custom Cat Litter Boxes
      • Custom Lids/Covers
      • Custom-Sized Table-Top Protectors
      • Custom Chicken Coop Nesting Boxes
      • 7,000 Gallon Tank for Paper Mill (our largest tank built to date)
      • The list continues, and we want to add your project to it

So, what is Polypropylene (PP)?

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer that is used now in the manufacturing of many items from textiles to automotive components. It is a FDA and USDA approved material that is very strong, durable, and unusually resistant to many acids and bases. We have a long list of reasons we choose this plastic. Here are some of its benefits:
  • Lightweight and Rigid
  • Abrasion Resistance
  • Chemical and Corrosion Resistant
  • Easy to Repair
  • Good Heat Resistance (can withstand autoclave heat)
  • Easy to Maintain
  • Water Resistant
  • Resistance to Fatigue
and...
  • 100% Recyclable!
